Core Capabilities

  • QR access: Equipment-specific links and printable labels for refrigeration workflows.
  • Inventory: Mobile counts organized by refrigerator or freezer, with minimum, PAR, and maximum levels.
  • Temperature logging: Manual readings associated with employees and shifts; historical logs and CSV export.
  • Cleaning: Four-day schedules rotating AM and PM, with checklists and observation notes.
  • Ordering: Approved shortage requests, quantities, and options for sharing or printing purchase lists.
  • PAR analysis: Consumption-based suggestions, adjustable safety margins, and safeguards for insufficient data.
  • Reporting: Date-filtered inspection reports intended for printing or PDF retention.
  • Team administration: User profiles, staff roles, and account activation states.

Additional Operational Modules

The current application navigation also includes AI Assistant, Mise en place, and Shortages modules. Their presence is visible in the interface; specific functions will be documented as they are validated.

Food Safety & Accountability

ZeusChef supports the documentation of food safety procedures and corrective-action workflows. Temperature values shown are manually entered records — not continuous 24/7 sensor monitoring. Actual food safety decisions must follow the operation’s validated HACCP procedures.
